Promoters can now register a new tradeshow or request a quote directly in just a few minutes, with no account or login required. After submitting event details, they receive an immediate confirmation and a direct follow-up from the EventRent team to finalize the details.
Exhibitors and vendors can browse EventRent's participating tradeshows, select their event, and build a custom rental order - choosing from configurable sections for items, freight, labor, power, and internet - with a running total estimate that updates in real time as they build their request. Users can check out as a guest or create an optional account with a simple one-click email link, letting them save drafts and reference past orders for future shows.
